This website has no accounts, no forms that store your details, and no advertising trackers. We count visits in aggregate (pages viewed, country, device type) through our hosting provider's privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies to identify you. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, that conversation is handled by the clinic like any patient enquiry and is not stored on this website.

Our Google Business Profile tools

The clinic uses a small private application, Hub GBP reader, signed in with the clinic's own Google account. It uses the Google Business Profile APIs only to read performance figures for the Business Profiles the clinic manages: how often each profile was seen, calls, direction requests, website taps, and the search terms that showed it. These are anonymous totals published by Google. The application does not read reviews, messages or any personal information about the people who search, and it does not post, edit or delete anything.

The figures are kept in the clinic's own records to plan its educational content. They are not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The clinic can withdraw this access at any time from its Google account settings, and the stored figures are deleted when they are no longer needed.
